The rule the series runs onEvery post reads as one stage of a programme with a visible next step — never a standalone ask. Diala’s point, and she is right about her own community: they have sat through open-ended consultations that went nowhere and will not turn up for another one. Post 4 is what makes the difference, and it is the one most likely to get dropped.

What it saysWe are building an incubator at Impact Hub Aleppo. Not for imported ideas — for real problems in this city. Before we choose what to work on, we are asking you: what does not work? 30 September, open session at the Hub. This is stage one; the bootcamp follows in October and the pitching at Global Entrepreneurship Week in November. Link in bio to submit a problem.
LinkedIn version — Razek, EnglishWe mapped enterprise support in Aleppo this month: 45 organisations, 20 interviewed. Six of them sell workspace. Between them they run no incubation, no structured mentoring, no training. Nothing in this city turns an idea into a company. So we are building one at Impact Hub Aleppo — and we are starting from the city's problems rather than from a curriculum. Before we choose what the first cohort works on, we are asking Aleppo what is broken. Open session at the Hub, 30 September. Bootcamp in October. Pitching at Global Entrepreneurship Week in November.
Design noteThe four-stage spine is the anchor of the series — posts 3 and 5 return to it with a different stage lit, so it has to survive repetition.

Why this one mattersIt is the proof the series went somewhere, and every future ask made of this community is priced off whether it exists. Publish the real count even if it is small, and publish problems that are unflattering if that is what came back. The bracket in the artwork is the live number.
